Handyman/Maintenace services
Our maintenance team can assist with a variety of handyman services and repair work to give your home the update it needs.

Professional Housekeeping Services
Crescent Hospitality offers seasonal professional cleaning services. Whether you want to prepare your home for guests, or you're looking for a seasonal deep clean to prepare for the summer season, our team is ready to assist. Scheduling is based on availability during the off-peak months (December 1 through May 15th).

Construction/Renovation Cleaning
Our professional construction cleaning crew specializes in full-service cleaning to prepare your home for move-in after the building or renovation process is complete. We have many years of experience with Cliffs preferred builders and our team works directly with the builder to coordinate cleaning services during the final phase of construction. Our knowledgeable team knows how to get the job done in an efficient and timely manner.

Our Story:
The Residential Rental Program was established in July of 2001 to facilitate the rental of The Cliffs Property Owners' secondary homes to help offset some of their carrying costs. The Cliffs recognized the growing need for short-term rentals, which were frequently requested by Property Owners wanting to enjoy the amenities their membership had to offer.  Additionally, available housing was often needed for long-term rental business as Property Owners were building their permanent homes. 

In May of 2012, The Cliffs Residential Rental Program was bridged by Crescent Hospitality. The company's proactive management style directs each property towards success.

You may be familiar with our owner John Cajka, who operated La Bastide from 1999 to 2006, and under whose management the Inn was ranked one of the Nation's Best by Conde Nast. La Bastide was also featured in Southern Living Magazine twice during his tenure.
